Delivery Policy

Digital goods-

All digital items can be downloaded instantly once ordered, by clicking the download button on the item purchase page, as well as via your confirmation email. Digital packs include all digital maps for use on any platform of your choosing, as well as an installation link for Foundry VTT packs within the download file - to be simply installed on Foundry VTT.

Download times will depend on the size of the pack, and your internet download speeds, but will otherwise activate instantly at no further cost.

Physical goods -

Physical goods are not yet available. Once available, delivery of physical goods will depend on the destination of the item once purchased. A clear update will be provided once a purchase has been made, following the delivery address being provided.

Physical items will be trackable, with updates via your email address.
